• ARINS is a multi-functional web based database system, designed to meet the Serviceability and Wildlife inspection reporting requirements of Australian Airports.
• The system has been designed to allow Airport operations personnel an easy to use but powerful tool to help improve the way wildlife management processes are recorded and reported upon.
• ARINS allows Aerodrome operators a tool to help meet the requirements of the manual of standards part 139, most notably section 10.14.1.1, The aerodrome operator must monitor and record, on a regular basis, the presence of birds or animals on or in the vicinity of the aerodrome.

• The system is internet based, and has been designed to be used from any desktop computer, or through an IPAD tablet, and is customisable to meet the requirements of individual Airports.
• ARINS allows users to capture wildlife data in the field, through the use of mobile tools such as a WI-FI enabled IPAD.
• Its ease of use and speed to undertake an inspection means Airport operations staff can conduct numerous Wildlife inspections throughout the day, subsequently building up a better understanding of wildlife on and around the Airport, as opposed to the traditional weekly bird count inspections.

• The website has been designed so that it can be tailored to meet the individual requirements of each Airport, through a simple to use administration section.
• A collection of Wildlife photos within the system, allow Airport staff to correctly identify and report on species observed during inspections.
• Extensive query functionality allows Wildlife data to be drilled down upon, so that Airports can better understand their most prevalent species, High wildlife traffic areas, Wildlife attractants and seasonal distributions.
• A suite of graphing tools allows wildlife data to be presented in easy to read charts and graphs
